Me too! I was a little nervous because the flash on my camera went off and I was afraid they were going to tell me I had committed a crime and take my ballot away!!
Hooray! Little Louis was yelling and screaming at me so loudly while I was trying to vote. The girl brought over a bunch of I Voted stickers to try to quiet him down, but that didn't work. Of course we had a million pages worth of ballots to do. So I kept moving his stroller with my foot and hushing him and trying furiously to color in the correct arrows as quickly as possible, but he wouldn't be quiet. When I finally looked over at him, totally exasperated, I realized that what he wanted was the ballot and the pen! That's what all the ruckus was about--he wanted to vote too! So we gave him paper and a marker and he was a happy little democrat!

i let my kids help me fill out my ballot so they could be a part of history.
