The Times. They've Changed.

Typical toy in the '70's:

Fast forward to the '00's:

This arrived on our doorstep yesterday

Simple. Sturdy.

A blank canvas, ready to be customized with markers or paint.

And when they finally trash it, it's completely recyclable. My kind of toy. Thanks Mark.

Ooooo that looks like fun!

Is it big enough to climb into?

Yes! It probably stands close to 4.5' tall. I can sit in it. It might become Mama's time out space!

Nothing better than a cardboard box, I always say.

That's so true! We got a cardboard igloo similar to this for our kids when they were little and they love it. My daughter still plays in it and loves drawing on it ("decorating it") with markers. :-)

My kids would love that! We've still got the '70s style houses/boats/forts.

This is cool, I have seen these before and my little guy is just at an age where he can enjoy it. Thanks, I dig your site.

That is so neat! My son would've loved that when he was little. He always played with the boxes more than the toys :)
